Fixed bugs that prevented a good UX when a global
shortcut was enabled

Updated manifest to request
tabs
permission. This was required to allow a better UX by
detecting it Bookee was already open in a dedicated tab.

Changed behaviour so that when the user selects a
bookmark, and the bookmark is already open, it will just
focus on that tab (instead of opening a dedicated tab)

Add setting to override the default behaviour for
opening a link. You can now choose to have the current
tab change to the selected link, rather than have it
open in a new tab.

Added anonymized query sharing (to improve search
results and the ux).
