What is Scuba: AI Summaries?

Scuba: AI Summaries is a simple Chrome Extension that let's you get summaries of news articles, YouTube videos or PDFs. It does so by extracting the relevant content or transcript and running it through an LLM.

You're then given the option of how you'd like this content to be summarized (e.g. 50-word summary, 100-word summary, explain-like-I'm-fine, etc).


How do I install Scuba: AI Summaries?

  1. Visit the Chrome Web Store page
  2. Click the Add to Chrome button
  3. You're done!

How do I use Scuba: AI Summaries?

  1. You can right-click on any page, link or YouTube thumbnail. When doing so, you'll see an option to open it with Scuba.
  2. You can drag any link or YouTube thumbnail, and once the drag begins, you'll see an option appear to summarize the link.
  3. On any page, you can click the "Scuba" icon at the top of your browser bar to have that page be summarized with Scuba.
